About Me

Diane's passion is to pass on her knowledge through learning and development programs she writes for attendees and customizes for organizations.  She earned her masters of education from St. Michael's College in 1999 and since that time has written learning programs and worked as a coach for national and multinational companies like Abbott Laboratories, Centex (now Pulte Homes) and Microsoft Corporation as well as local organizations in Vermont and Canada.

Diane Ravenscroft has lived in Vermont (United States) for almost thirty years.  She was born in Scotland and then raised in Canada, so studying global leadership for her PhD dissertation was natural.  In 2007, she graduated from Coach U in San Diego and since that time, combined a consulting approach to coaching as an action coach.  In 2020, a shift happened in coaching and Diane began to recognize the importance of the person as much as the situation, during coaching conversations.  Coaching became as much about the individual facing the challenges as the challenges.

Therefore, Diane decided to go back to school and upgrade her coaching credentials through the International Coaching Federation.  She earned the Certified Mentor Coach credential from Mentor Coach, online, and now is an Master Certified Coach with ICF, having completed 200 hours of coach training and over 5000 hours of coaching across 20 years of professional work as a coach.
